Shipping policy
Order Processing:
- Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed, excluding weekends and holidays. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
- Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
- Expect an email after order is shipped to let you know your order is on the way.
- If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at kelly@aosionintl.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you resubmit your order.
Domestic Shipping:
- All AOSION products are eligible for free shipping.
- We ship all AOSION products with UPS Ground to all U.S. domestic locations, except Alaska and Hawaii.
- Shipping times depend on your location. Expect domestic delivery within 3 to 5 business days after order is shipped. However, it is not guaranteed.
- If you need faster shipping methods, please contact us at kelly@aosionintl.com. Please note that you will be responsible for other shipping methods that you choose.
International Shipping:
- Unfortunately, we currently only operate and ship our products within the United States.
